The Finance Development Program aims to provide a select group of high-performing sophomores skills necessary to succeed in the finance recruiting process. Our participants are pre-screened and trained to ensure a high level of intimacy with important financial concepts. We partner with a wide range of finance professionals and Vanderbilt University faculty to ensure an unrivaled, hands-on educational experience.
